how do I get my singing voice back after countless weeks of drunk karaoke.?

Now I have this permanant sore throat! I can't sing as high anymore. And when I do sing I sing through my nose. Please help me I desperately need my lovely voice back. I took it forgranted while being drunk and screaming on the karaoke mic to the point where my voice got soooo tired and gave out on me.
