im soo fed up from my uncle what shell i do? plz help?

my uncle lives with us and he treats me like shit but when my dads around me his nice to me, but theses days my dads gone south africa so his treating me very bad and even my mum joins in as my uncle is her bro.
i did tell my dad about this and he said wait until he comes back.bt i cant wait cuz his goin over his limits,he shouted at me for like 15 mins just because i wrote 2009 instead of 2008 in his sms . (he cant write messages in his phone )
i cant complain to the police because i don't have the courage im afraid my mums gona be very upset froom this
