Red Dot

How can i get rid of the red dot on the end of my nose?

Ive had a red dot on the end of my nose for years and have recently discovered that it is a blood vessel. Apparently pregnant women can get them. I just wanna know how to get rid of it as it makes me not want to look in the mirror. Squeezing does not help as it is not a spot.

I had one about 2 years ago - showed it to my GP who referred me to a local hospital. The doctor there told me it was a 'rodent ulcer' that might be a cancer.
Within a couple of months I went to my local hospital - where under a 'local' it was removed. I was told when I went for a check-up that the spot was not malignant but a benign growth.
I now have a small scar at the end of my 'hooter' but remain as beautiful? as before
p.s. I am aged 70years.

I don't regret the procedure and would have it done again if required.
