Who drives A cavalier Z24 and is proud of it?
I got myself a 98 z24 cavalier and absolutely love it. Got myself mags, cold air intake, exhaust, spoiler, paint job, whole sound system. I love working on this car. Was wondering what kind of work anyone else has done to maybe inspire me for some new mods.
I am glad you are enjoying it. It is a nice car. I owned a 1993 many years ago and I loved that car. My mother has a 1997 Cavalier with the 2.4 and 100K miles and it still runs great, 32-34 mpg and she hasn't made a car payment in almost 10 years.
As far as changing cars every 2 years, it is economically stupid. Most people buy cars with emotion and not based on actual cost of ownership numbers over time.
The water pump is a valid point. It is a nightmare, but chances are you would only need it replaced once during the entire time you own it.
