How do I work my new double trouble stun gun. Just received today?
No electric arc will go through electrodes. I tested it on myself because I noticed it didn't look like it was working. It did not shock me at all when I tried, so I had someone else test on me, but still nothing. Any advice??
Batteries came with it and the LED light on top indicates that it is on. It is supposed to be brand new, but I am beginning to wonder, and as for the stupid answers. How Bout you go do it yourself.
Brand new equipment ... if it came in a box, here is a smart idea.
Look in box, find operating instructions.
Read operating instructions from cover to cover.
Check set up of stun gun. Are batteries installed correctly?
Is there a plastic insulator between the batteries and the battery case. Sometimes (especially when the batteries are factory installed, there is an insulator to keep the batteries from going dead in the package).
Even if the batteries are new, replace and retry. Working yet?
Back to the instruction book, is there a safety switch on the unit? Is the safety engaged?
As a last resort, contact the manufacturer for assistance and/or a return merchandise authorization number.
